Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It should be returned with the original packaging and free from any signs of cleaning or damage.

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return items to the manufacturer
Please return the product to our company directly.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only a partial refund will be granted (if applicable), such as:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Then, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued.

Promotional Items
Only items purchased at regular prices are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged apparel. If you need a replacement for the same item, please email support@doclsop.com.
Shipping for Returns

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Time for Replacements
Depending on your location, the delivery time for replacement items may vary.
Tracking for Returns Over $75
If you are returning items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
